The MIA Award is given to both public and private,
small,
medium sized and large companies.
In order to win they have to actively promote diversity and secure equal opportunities for all - regardless of differences like gender,
ethnic origin,
religion,
disability,
age,
or sexual orientation.
And then they have to be motivated to inspire others to do likewise.
